THE WORKING METHOD ACCORDING TO ISLAM

Has been known, that Islam obliged to his group to work. But respectively the person will work according to thabiat him separately. Therefore these employment opportunities would various things. Al Quran in part mentioned: agriculture, livestock breeding, fisheries, the mining, the industry, diligence, art, the health, the judicature, the government, the security, the transport, labour, the trade, education and piety.

Has been clearly respectively employment opportunities had the special procedure for his cultivation. It was impossible that agricultural employment opportunities could be wrought on by means of the work of fisheries employment opportunities and like that also was the reverse.
But nevertheless certainly had also the current procedure the public, meaning that that could be worn by all employment opportunity. Al Quran taught the current procedure this public as follows:
1. Looked for reasons for you or the occurrence something. Because of Al Quran acknowledged, that everything that happened to certain reasons. Therefore Al Quran ordered to look for reasons for something, like that this in the Shad letter the article 10 sounding:
فَلْيَرْتَقُوا فِي الأسْبَابِ
Meaning that: Then would they rose in (searched) reasons. (Q.S. Shad: 10).
Looked for the reasons would was carried out by means of:
A. Researched the incident or the human experience in the past. In this case Al Quran ordered humankind to roam before the earth in order to hold the research into the incident or the human experience in the previous period, so as to be known by reasons from this incident or reasons from advancing or destruction of the previous humans, in part as in the letter of Ar Rum the article 42, that sounded:
قُلْ سِيرُوا فِي الأرْضِ فَانْظُرُوا كَيْفَ كَانَ عَاقِبَةُ الَّذِينَ مِنْ قَبْلُ
Meaning that: For Instance, roamed you before the earth, then thorough how the outcome of people before you. (Q.S. Ar Rum: 42. )
B. Held the scientific research, meaning that holding the research into matters or incidents or certain objects from the point of view of one of the branches of knowledge, like economic knowledge, so as to be known by reasons for the occurrence of matters or these incidents or the existence of these objects. In this case Al Quran ordered humankind to hold the research into everything that was created by Allah, in part as this in the letter of Al A’raf yat 185 sounding:
أَوَلَمْ يَنْظُرُوا فِي مَلَكُوتِ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالأرْضِ وَمَا خَلَقَ اللَّهُ مِنْ شَيْءٍ
Meaning that: didn't they want to hold the research into the kingdom of sky and the earth and anything that has Allah the creation. (Q.S. Al A’raf: 185).
C. Held the analysis filosufis, meaning that contemplating reasons for the existence or the occurrence something by utilising results of various branches of knowledge, so as to be found cause - real cause something that. Like that was carried out by Schumacher about because of the occurrence of the economic crisis in the world, so as he conclusion: the World of humanity had not experienced the economic crisis, because each crisis in his essence was the moral crisis. Moreover in this modern world dunid humanity was so rich and clever him, but moral humankind modernbegitu destruction. In this case Al Quran ordered to hold the research into the sky creation and the earth, so as to the conclusion that Allah the creator everything available in this nature and he created all that not was in vain, as that this in the letter of Ali Imran the article 191, that sounded:
وَيَتَفَكَّرُونَ فِي خَلْقِ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالأرْضِ رَبَّنَا مَا خَلَقْتَ هَذَا بَاطِلا
Meaning that: And they think about about the sky creation and the earth, oh lord we, not you this creation was in vain. (Q.S Ali Imran: 191).
D. Held the survey from the aspect of the religion. Because in Al Quran and Sunnah Nabi has had also information about because of the existence or the occurrence something, like about because of the disaster emergence in a country because of the denial towards Allah's comfort, like that was named in the An Nahl letter the article 112 sounding:
وَضَرَبَ اللَّهُ مَثَلا قَرْيَةً كَانَتْ آمِنَةً مُطْمَئِنَّةً يَأْتِيهَا رِزْقُهَا رَغَدًا مِنْ كُلِّ مَكَانٍ فَكَفَرَتْ بِأَنْعُمِ اللَّهِ فَأَذَاقَهَا اللَّهُ لِبَاسَ الْجُوعِ وَالْخَوْفِ بِمَا كَانُوا يَصْنَعُونَ
Meaning that: And Allah gave the sample of a safe and peaceful country, his fortune came with many of the all the corners, afterwards were denied by them Allah's comfort, because that of Allah felt to them was hungry and the fear of the reason anything that was done by them. (Q.S. an Nahl: 112).
So this country was stricken by the disaster was to be caused by the denial of his inhabitants towards Allah's comfort. So methods that were taught by Al Quran to humankind to look for reasons for being or the occurrence something. If these methods were practised by humankind as well as possible, then definitely reasons that were needed by humankind to promote their life or to deal with all the problems that were dealt with by them, will be found by them.
2. If the reasons have been found, then now came the obligation to carry out him. His implementation must was carried out:
A. As well as possible, that is as well as possible in planning, in the recruitment, in the mobilisation of the implement, in the mobilisation of the fund et cetera. Because Allah stated, that he will only accept good deeds that were carried out as well as possible, as being decreed by him:
أُولَئِكَ الَّذِينَ نَتَقَبَّلُ عَنْهُمْ أَحْسَنَ مَا عَمِلُوا
Meaning that: they so people that we received from them good deeds that were done by them as well as possible. (Q.S. Al Ahqaf: 16).
B. In a staged manner or the disaster.
Because Allah stated, that humankind will increase advanced only a stage for the sake of a stage, as being decreed by him:
لَتَرْكَبُنَّ طَبَقًا عَنْ طَبَقٍ
Meaning that: Actually you will increase a stage for the sake of a stage. (Q.S Al Insyiqaq: 19).
C. With high discipline.
Because Allah stated, that the person who will be successful was as truly as possible successful only the person who obeyed Allah's rule and the Apostle him, as being decreed by him:
وَمَنْ يُطِعِ اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ فَقَدْ فَازَ فَوْزًا عَظِيمًا
Meaning that: And anyone who obeyed Allah and the Apostle him, then actually he will be successful was as truly as possible successful. (Q.S Al Ahzab .71).
Discipline meaning that is to obey the rule.
D. Carefully (neat) and be careful.
Because of the Prophet Muhammad SAW said, that Allah the love to the person that tidy up (economise on) his work, as being said by him:
Meaning that: Actually Allah the love to someone you that if doing a work, he tidied up this work. (HR. Baihaqi).
E. With the expertise (professional)
because of Nabi Muhammad SAW said mabha if something was done by the not expert person, then definitely will be destroyed, as being said by him:
Meaning that: If an affair was handed over to that not his expert, then was waiting for his destruction. (HR. Bukhari).
So including methods that most important to carry out reasons for the existence or the occurrence something according to Islam. From all information above clear for us, that Islam gave the guidance that was complete about the working method for the success. Now let's introspection ourselves whether this guidance has been done by us? If did not yet deserve we were left by other groups.
